		<description>Hi Anil,
To be honest, it may not be easy to provide you required details about IVR application without few essential information. Nevertheless, here are few quick tips to know about your IVR Application requirements:-

1. Either you need a On-Premise or Hosted IVR solutions. On-Premise is where all hardware/software/telecom infrastructure resides in your premise ( CAPex Model) and Hosted IVR is where you rent for IVR/Telecom Infrastructure from IVR Provider ( OPex Model).

2. For On-Premise IVR Systems, you will need CTI ( Computer Telephony Integration) Board like Dialogic, Donjin, Sangoma etc. and IVR software. You can either get your IVR Application custom developed or you may use Rapid IVR Development tools like VBVoice. Or you may use Asterisk+ Sangoma.

3. For Hosted IVR solutions, I would recommend, contact www.nts-world.com !

Hope this helps.</description>
