As expected, the first list of IVR companies left out many companies. Last few days, I have found few more companies and I thought I would list them here before I forget. One day I hope to build whole directory of IVRS Companies :).

    I know of another company, IVR Technology group. They are based in Buffalo, USA. A friend of mine works there.

    I think none of the companies above are located in Ontario area, but pronexus ( http://www.pronexus.com) is one IVR company which is located in Ottawa, ON.

    bk systems [p] ltd which is based out of chennai, india is a CTI products company which is providing IVR solutions to the banking, telecom and service provider verticals.

    Thank you for the feedback. But I think these companies are users of IVR for their VAS operations, not IVR Software or Solution providers.

    Iam working in Siemens enterprise as a PBX support engineer past 2.5 years,
    i would like to move software development domain, So i preferred “CTI and IVR development” which is related to my current experience…
    Is my choose is correct..?
    And what programming language and database tool should i learn used to develop “CTI and IVR software produces” and what other knowledge is required… what should i have learn..?
    Which is best for career
    Please help me out..
