The news that Dialogic has entered into an agreement to purchase NMS is on the dialogic website. So scratch NMS as an independent entity :-(. No wonder Dialogic is increasing prices, no matter whose boards you buy, Dialogic wins :-).

Dear Mr. Jayakrishna,
 You are right.
Thank you for correcting my factual error. I will rectify it and also I will add Synway! I thought I added NMS. Xtend IVR, I had known earlier and I will definitely download the 1 port free version and evaluate. Thank you very much for the information again.

Actually Intel sold Dialogic to Eicon and Eicon renamed itself to Dialogic about an year ago to capitalise on the name. They have subsequently gone on to purchase Brooktrout.

Btw, you have left out Synway which is showing up in more and more places nowadays as also NMS communications both of whom provide CTI boards.

Oh and my company sells a software toolkit (xtend ivr) that works with many CTI cards in the market. There is a completely unrestricted 1 port version available for free download on the website and a video explaining how it works on youtube. You might want to check it out.
